Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original packaging with all tags intact. Slight trial try-on is acceptable, but heavy wear, stains, or scuffs will not be approved for return.

Valid Return Reasons

We accept returns for size issues, style dissatisfaction, color difference, defective products, damaged delivery, or incorrect items sent by our side.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for excessive wear, intentional damage, missing original packaging, or requests submitted after the 30-day window.

Return Process

Please contact our customer support team first before sending back items. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items returned without official confirmation will not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Defective & Damaged Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos or videos. We offer free replacement or full refund for qualified cases.
