Jordan 13 Retro ‘Doernbecher’

Part of the 2015 Doernbecher collection, the Air Jordan 13 Retro ‘DB’ was designed by John Charles, an 11-year-old who has Crohn’s disease. Featuring a black base with a snakeskin-like texture, the silhouette’s signature overlays are finished in emerald green patent leather overlays. Volt on the laces and branding add contrast, while details from John’s personal life include his soccer number, the seven pills he takes every day to manage his condition and ‘Crohn’s’ on the outsole. Pink accents highlight the stylized collar and the outsole.
