Paying tribute to the 50th anniversary of the iconic Swoosh, the Air Max 97 SE ‘First Use – College Grey’ released as part of the First Use collection. Built with a mix of textile, leather and suede, the shoe’s signature wavy upper appears in subdued tones, contrasted by the Swoosh on the lateral side, which appears in black and red. The medial side instead incorporates a hand-drawn Swoosh joined by ‘First use June 18, 1971,’ with metallic gold Swoosh lace jewels adding to the thematic design. Underfoot, full-length Max Air provides cushioning.
